This shake is full of vitamins, minerals, Omega 3s and antioxidants so it’s the perfect tasty remedy to fight off all of those colds and nasty free-radicals, helping you to maintain a strong and healthy immune system, keeping skin nourished and the body functioning efficiently.
1/2 cup Coconut milk
1/4 cup Cold water
1/2 Banana, frozen
1/2 cup Blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen (or mixed berries if you prefer)
1tbsp Chia seeds
1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and whizz away. Simple!
Note: If you decide to use fresh fruit instead, you’ll need to add ice cubes in the blender to alter the consistency to taste.
