Carrie Ruxton (PhD.) is an award-winning dietician with over 25 years of experience in health and nutrition. Based at her clinic in St. Andrews, Scotland, she advises patients on a wide variety of dietary-related health disorders, general healthy eating and wellbeing, and has a particular passion for child nutrition.
She regularly acts as a consultant, offering nutrition and communications advice to the public sector, food and beverage companies and trade bodies through her consultancy, Nutrition Communications; and actively continues her academic progression, regularly contributing to scientific journals, textbooks and magazines. Between 2007-2015, she also served on the Scottish Food Advisory Committee, working closely with the Food Standards Agency.
