Amandine Chaignot is the Executive Chef at the award-winning Mirror Room restaurant at London’s 5 star Rosewood London Hotel.
Amandine’s career began at the prestigious Ferrandi School of Culinary Arts, after which she trained under world-renowned chefs Alain Ducasse, Jean-François Piège at Plaza Athenée, Éric Fréchon at Le Bristol Paris, and Yannick Alléno at Le Meurice.
Amandine says ‘I was lucky enough to work with several famous chefs, all of whom taught me something different through their way of managing people, philosophy and cooking style. They’ve really inspired me when creating the menu and ambiance at The Mirror Room.’
'I wanted to create a restaurant where friends can go to hang out in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere; and enjoy delicious food, with lots of fresh, seasonal ingredients and inspiring taste combinations. I especially love vegetables and cresses, and pastries. You see them a lot in my menu. Just delicious!'
