Laurent André is the multi-award winning Executive Chef at the iconic Café De La Paix in Paris, where he has designed a mouth-watering menu full of lively modern French flavours and fresh seasonal ingredients.
Having worked with, and earned the invaluable praise of, culinary greats such as Alain Ducasse and Nobu, Laurent’s natural passion for cooking and his confidence in showcasing ingredients simply and proudly is extremely refreshing. He says ‘I have one style: simplicity, seasonality and understanding. When you eat a truffle with me, I want you to enjoy it, taste it and know it’s a truffle.... What I’m very passionate about is seasonality… Every season has something new to offer so my menu and personal favourite dishes change throughout the year. It’s what keeps it interesting.’
